When you request a quote. The booking form asks for your name, phone number, service address, preferred date and time, and any notes you choose to add. We use this to prepare your quote, confirm the appointment and reach you about the job. Nothing more.
The request also tells us how you found this site — the page you arrived on, the site that linked you here, and any campaign tag in the address. Your browser keeps that on your own device: the current visit until you close the tab, and the first one that brought you here until you clear your browsing data. It is sent to us only if you actually submit a request. It tells us which of our listings are working; it says nothing about you.
When you simply browse. We use a number of measurement and advertising tools, all loaded through Google Tag Manager:
These set cookies and identifiers in your browser. They tell us about visits and behaviour on the site; they do not tell us your name unless you give it to us in the form.
Automatically. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser details, for security and troubleshooting.
Your quote request is delivered to our inbox through a form service (Web3Forms). Measurement and advertising data goes to Google, Microsoft and Meta through the tools listed above. The site itself is hosted by Netlify.
We do not sell your contact details or job records. Your name, phone number and address are used to do the work you asked for, and are not passed to anyone else to market to you.
The advertising tools above are a separate matter: they do share information about your visit with Google, Microsoft and Meta so that ads can be measured and targeted. Under California law that counts as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you can opt out — see below.
The cookies here come from the tools listed above. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers have a setting that blocks cross-site tracking outright. Blocking any of it will not stop the site working — the quote form and the calculator do not depend on it.
